- All Trades begins with a visit to your home at no charge. While there, we take dimensions of the space and consult with you on the best possible layout and space plan for your family and lifestyle.
- Next, we head back to our "creative space" to design your new bathroom.
- We then present a scaled drawing and a fixed cost estimate to remodel the bathroom, for your review and approval.
- All Trades also provides full lighting design services so that your new bathroom will have adequate lights at the mirrors, in the shower, tub area and at the storage areas. With good light, spaces come to life and are more enjoyable!
- Together we select a theme, colors and styles, coordinating the entire bathroom from tile to fixtures and paint colors, all in the comfort of the All Trades 5,000 square foot home remodeling showroom.
- All Trades handles all permits and scheduling with our in-house staff, electricians and plumbers. Since our designer is also your project manager no detail, no matter how small, is overlooked during the remodel process.
- All materials are pre-ordered and inspected at our warehouse prior to installation, avoiding unnecessary delays.
- During the renovation process, to ensure minimal disruption and to avoid damage to your home, the floors and carpeting are protected with plastic, paper sheathing and hard board. Non-work areas are cordoned-off to minimize dust and disruption during the improvements. And we guarantee our trained crafts-people will treat your home as if it were their own!
