Common Questions, Straight Answers

Do you handle permitting, or is that on me?
Permitting is our responsibility. On every applicable project we file the paperwork, follow up with the municipality, and update you in writing on status. You don't need to track anything down.
How does the 3D rendering process work?
Before any construction begins, Edith Farinhas produces a full 3D rendering of your kitchen or bath so you can see finished dimensions, cabinet placement, and material selections. Those drawings then carry through procurement and building, so everything is locked in before the first wall comes down.
Are your electricians and plumbers on your staff?
Yes. Licensed electricians and licensed plumbers are in-house at All Trades Contracting. We don't hand your project off to outside subcontractors for trade work. They're on the same schedule, accountable to the same team.
What does the showroom allow me to see?
The Clinton showroom lets you view cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, and paint colors side by side, comparing options by durability, maintenance, and lead time before anything is ordered. It's a full-resource center, not a sales floor.
How do you handle budget conversations?
Ray will walk through your budget alongside your wish list and identify where you can save on certain elements to offset the cost of the ones that matter most. Clients consistently note that the final result exceeded what they expected at their budget.
What happens after the project is finished?
We follow up after every project to confirm you're satisfied with the results. If something isn't right, we address it. Our involvement doesn't end at the final walk-through.
