Siding

• If painting or staining work cycles are delayed, siding will warp and twist and eventually split or fall off of the home. All Trades can slide out these deteriorated sections and replace them with like materials.

Roofing

Roofing leaks are also a common occurrence on today's homes and All Trades has the experience to repair any size leak. Among the most common roof leaks are from plumbing “vent’ pipes that exit the house via the roof. These pipes are either white PVC, black ABS or Copper in color. They allow air into the plumbing system so drains flow correctly. It is common that the “rubber boots” surrounding these pipes deteriorate and large amounts of rain water will flow into the house. A new rubber boot properly placed will take care of the leak.

Aluminum Trim Wrapping

If your trim is in poor condition or you do not want to have to paint it again, All Trades can “wrap” your home's trim with PVC coated aluminum.

Trim wrapping is an excellent solutions as there are many colors from which to choose, each with a esthetically pleasing wood-grain texture that never needs repainting. All Trades arrives at your home with a bending machine that customizes your trim to your home, ensuring proper size to protect your trim.
