1. Initial Consultation

All Trades begins with a visit to your home at no charge. While there, we take dimensions of the space and consult with you on the best flooring material for your lifestyle and décor.

2. Design and Budget

Rely on our experts to help you choose the flooring colors and textures that best coordinate with your style. We also will explain the quality and brand options that suit your budget to select the product that meets your needs.

3. Installation

All Trades’ professional contractors will install your flooring securely and flawlessly, with minimal disruption. While tearing out old materials produces dust and can sometimes damage surrounding areas, All Trades take the extra step of providing a whole room dust filtration system (HEPA Air Scrubber) so that the air remains clear and your home remains clean during construction. We protect existing areas such furniture, carpets and cabinets with plastic and hardboard. In other words, we guarantee our trained craftspeople will treat your home as if it were their own.

When it’s time to replace or add hardwood flooring, All Trades offers many options such as Pre-finished Flooring, Engineered Flooring, Wide Plank Flooring and Raw Wood Flooring. Pre-finished floors get installed and require no additional finishing while Raw Wood floors require sanding, staining and top coating with poly-urethane. We help you choose the best floor for your family and guide you through the pros and cons of each floor type.

Hardwood Floor Refinishing

If your hardwood floors are faded, scratched, yellowed or just outdated, then refinishing them is an excellent, cost-effective option. All Trades offers on-site stain color consultation and will place several samples of stain colors on your floor so you can better visualize your color selection in your home (and in your light). We then help to move or coordinate relocating your furniture into a POD, your garage, or another area of your home, and proceed with a plan to sand, stain and poly-urethane your floors all while maintaining a dust-free environment. All Trades completely redid our master bathroom 10 years ago and it still looks great and is such a pleasure to use. The biggest job was the custom shower that required a lot of detail. There is quite a bit of tile in the bathroom-and it was well planned and very neatly and precisely placed. All Trades managed the different subcontractors seamlessly and the craftsmen worked very efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. They also discovered some structural issues that were resolved quickly. Ray had already worked out the basic floor plan to remodel our kitchen, when our original hall bathroom finally fell apart. The kitchen will have to wait, but I really like his ideas on space utilization. And the new hall bathroom plans look great. He has a lot more material in the showroom now so we were able to pick out almost everything for the bathroom right there. This is wonderful time saver.
